I met Bee for the first time at Eroticon 2018 (if my memory is not failing me) and there was an instant click. We saw each other again at Eroticon 2019, but as it goes with the conference, you never have enough time to talk to everyone. But, I had this plan to travel to London more, and I am delighted to say that I got to spend more time with Bee, the same I will spend more time with her in two weeks when I am in London again. But, this is not about me, this is about Bee, who is a wonderful person and a beautiful blogger. You can read her words and see her images on her blog, and follow her on Twitter.
Top 3 for week 380 by Sub Bee
I was so excited when I was asked to write this weeks round up and when I saw the prompt I knew I’d been given a great week. It’s a subject that could be widely interpreted so I couldn’t wait to see what everybody was going to come up with.
Then I saw just how many links there were, I went from being excited to wondering just how to whittle it down to just three! had a difficult task to do.
A Little Respect by PurpleSole
As soon as I saw the opener I felt PurpleSole’s dread in the pit of my stomach. We all experience these alpha males in our daily lives and we all wonder how it’s possible to still exist with these attitudes. However, it pains me to say it, disrespecting partners isn’t just a male pastime. I hate hearing how the women at work discuss their partners too, I never understand why they marry them if they’re that awful. Is it too difficult to wish for people to respect each other?
Processing pain by Marie Rebelle
This post resonated with me so deeply. I spent a long time wondering why I enjoyed someone inflicting pain on me when so many women want to escape the pain. Obviously the answer is consent but it’s tricky to get your head around. Then there’s the comparison with others, I can’t take the pain others do, does that make me a bad submissive?
The Red Thread by Kisungura
The concept of this is pure genius. I find the concept of voodoo dolls fascinating and I love dark stories. So having a twisted tale woven around a doll drew me right in. Each new turn was another stitch until I was as bound to the story as the protagonist.
From the image above you see that the word ‘frigid’ can either be used to describe extreme cold, or it is used to describe a woman who doesn’t like having sex. What comes to mind when you see the word? Share your stories, whether sexy or not.
As always you can also link stories that do not follow the prompt!
The roundup for this week’s prompt will be done by Floss.
