Prompt #137: The key

As all of you might have heard (or not) my main blog was hacked this past week. I cannot tell you what went through me at the moment that I saw the tweet informing me about this fact. Thankfully someone immediately said that it’s not a personal attack, but possibly someone who is targeting websites that run the same plugins. And indeed, when I contacted my host they informed me exactly which plugin it was. My host did a lot to help, but eventually the biggest help was DomSigns, the best tech you can find!

Thankfully Wicked Wednesday was online by Wednesday so you all could place your links. I have only placed my link on Friday, as only then Rebel’s Notes was more or less up and running again. So if you would all be so kind to take a moment to comment on my post too…

It was quite difficult to decide on my top 3 for this week. There were some great posts and some of them even left me tingling in nice places. For a brief moment I considered doing a top 5 again, but then decided to just go ahead and do my top 3 as mentioned in last week’s post.

So, here goes, my top 3 posts for prompt #136:

The Mail Room by The Kilted Wookie
Who hasn’t fantasized about sex on the boss’s desk, or in the storage room, or between the files on your own desk, or… in the mail room! Believe me, I have. This story of The Kilted Wookie comes very close to some of my own fantasies, some of the fantasies I have when I masturbate or that I think of when I am in that lovely state between being awake and being asleep.

The Office Romance that Wasn’t by Kayla Lords
The honesty in Kayla’s post touched me deeply. The way she admitted that she was wrong for starting an affair, but that she recognizes now that it was where things changed. How can you regret something that changed your life for the better, even if that something was wrong to do. Maybe another reason why the post touched me so much is because I had similar experiences in my life, things I should regret but don’t because they brought me something better or changed my life for the better. Life is one long journey of discoveries!

The Assistant And The Contortionist by Sage L Mattison
This story is written by a first-time player of Wicked Wednesday and it had me literally squirming in my seat. I love the easy style of writing, the way Sage tells the story. At first I thought this would come to a threesome, but it turned into a different direction. Yes, I am a sucker for sex or sexual attraction between two women, so I would love to read more, to see where Sage takes this story.

I hope you enjoyed these stories and the others as much as I did, and that you left comments on the posts! We all love comments, don’t we?

Then it’s time for the prompt of this week. I have decided that it’s time for a writing challenge again!

Use the prompt above and write a story or a poem, or post a photo.

These are the guidelines…

Stories should be a minimum of 500 words with a maximum of 1000 words.

Poems should have rhythm and rhyme.

Photos or a series of photos should ‘tell’ a story that fits the prompt.

Share your creations!
(Of course, as always, you can also choose to not follow the prompt, but still share your posts.)

Please note:

  1. The rules for this meme can be found here and you can download the Wicked Wednesday badge on the same page.
  2. Don’t forget to add the Wicked Wednesday button to your post, post on your blog and come back here to link your post. You have from the moment the prompt appears on Saturday until some time on the Thursday to link your post.
  3. There will be a prompt every week to help those who need a little push of inspiration to put something to paper… Or rather, to know which keys to touch.
  4. Please note that it is not compulsory to follow the prompt. It is only here for inspiration when you need it!
  5. A weekly round up will be posted every week before the next prompt becomes available.

Thank you for participating and please, don’t forget to visit and read the other entries too! We all love to receive comments on our entries. Spread the love!
