Prompt #71: Disturbing Films

Welcome to week 71 of Wicked Wednesday.

This week’s prompt is brought to you by @VC_Luise. You can also find her on her blog.

A clit cut with a razor. A cock sliced from the tip like an open flower. Why does one watch a train crash or why does one like to watch a high speed pursuit? Because we have been conditioned to watch violence.

This week’s Wicked Wednesday prompt is not for the faint-hearted as it will have you exercise your inner wickedness through the topic “disturbing films“. Not necessarily the best or goriest movies, but the most disturbing. Not essentially the most gruesome, but the most emotionally traumatizing. There’s a rush that’s accompanied by watching things that we know are horrifying. Films like these aren’t meant to inspire you or instill hope. They’re meant to bring you down to your ultimate low and show you what it’s like to feel. No matter how you slice it, these films force a reaction. And in a world full of reality stars and pop idols, a genuine reaction is welcome. Let us know which films have disturbed you for days and have moved you to come up with wicked ideas this Wednesday.
